Racist Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid is already trying to obstruct the President’s nomination of an Italian-American and a brilliant jurist, Samuel Alito, Jr. to the United States Supreme Court. His shameful tirade in which he hijacked the entire Senate yesterday aside, Reid’s blatantly anti-Italian, anti-Catholic attitudes towards Alito and his obstruction of Bush’s pick show that he is no different than Tom Daschle. He will likely meet the same fate.
